  Didn't read the report properly as two issues had been logged, only looked at one and then blamed my daughter who let him in the home for not telling him properly where to look.  Didn't bother to get him to come back, as turned angry on phone  and moaned about parking and the second fault was wear and tear and not Thames Water problem any way.  Took a tap out of my skip on front without asking as said he could make money from it.  Wouldn't have minded him taking it but should have asked first.
