  The guy who came to do the drain was the first in years who managed to clear it, it has been blocked for at least 8 years. Other workmen had said that they couldn't get around the bend, or couldn't locate the issue. This guy worked very hard to find the problem, and after a few hours he managed to clear it. I'm over the moon that I can now clean my garden properly. The guy was very friendly and helpful. I give him 5* all around. Highly recommend! 😁

  Yes, he did a wonderful job of clearing a stubborn airlock in my gravity fed system leaving me with free flowing cold water to all the upstairs taps and toilets - and no mess. He was friendly and polite.

  I had a really fantastic experience with Metro Plumb, a rocky start as first appointment missed but they were under pressure i am sure. The customer service and plumbers were outstanding. Thankyou Amy Young for great help and communication and Mohammad and Ravi who did such an excellant job in understanding the issues and installing a lovely new tap.   Superb! Gareth Chapel and Matthew Williams... Absolute legends. They were carrying out some work on our property for Welsh Water when we had a problem with our drains... We are a local Charity serving the community... Eg toddlers this morning OAPs tomorrow... We need our drains to work... They saw us struggling and came over to help! Had everything moving in minutes.

  We had out sewage tank emptied today and the engineer, Paul, did a fabulous job. He was efficient, polite and friendly and most importantly took pains to ensure the work was undertaken cleanly. We don't have the easiest property to service, so thank you Paul!
