I had a faulty toilet that needed fixing ASAP, and a friend recommended giving Metro a call as he’d had great service from them before. Well, he wasn’t wrong.

I rang up and was greeted by a lovely young lady called Macy, who couldn’t have been more helpful. It then turned out I knew her dad, Mick, who’s the big cheese at Metro! I’ve known Mick for over 20 years, although I hadn’t seen him for a long time. Let me tell you, the man has aged like a fine wine — I barely recognised him!

Anyway, I’m going off topic…

They sent one of their lads, Devon, round to take a look at the toilet. He was sound from the minute he walked in, instantly knew what the problem was and had it fixed in no time at all.

All in all, a 10/10 service from start to finish. Friendly, professional and efficient — and to top it all off, they even plant a tree for you as well!
