Amazing support and highly recommend. From booking the job, speaking to the planner and being talked through the job with the engineer... Came on 22/10/2026 to unblock the neighbours drainage hole which was connected with mine and kept blocking my drainage system. The call was mine and the subcontractor unblocked neighbours pipe and the whole fat and dirt came to my side and blocked mine again so I started to panic but the guy who’s been unblocking ensured me that he will clean the whole system as there was no other way to sort this mess my neighbour made. Very helpful and friendly, gave me some good advice how to keep the sewer clean. Promised to come back another day to complete the job as the gullies on my side were damaged and I am waiting for them to complete the task I have requested. Satisfied with the work 👍!
