I can’t thank Mohammed enough for fixing my water issue, having been without water for 5 Days due to Thames Water incompetence.  
He straight away knew what the issue was and it was all fixed with it less than hour.  He so pleasant, reassuring and professional.

  They recently responded promptly to an out-of-hours call out as part of my home emergency cover and fixed a leaking hot water pipe and reinstated my water. Everyone was very friendly and professional from the office staff to the plumber who attended on site and we had a great experience throughout. Would happily recommend.

  Amazing support and highly recommend. From booking the job, speaking to the planner and being talked through the job with the engineer... Was fascinating watching the engineer Jet then camera our drains. Hope not to see them in the near future :) however I will definitely be using Metro Rod Deeside again if needed.
