Our Background
Founded in 2016, Metro Plumb and our sister company Metro Rod, founded in 1983, were acquired by Franchise Brands PLC in 2017.
Franchise Brands has extensive expertise in the management and operation of franchise businesses and has a combined network of over 450 franchisees across five companies, which alongside Metro Plumb and Metro Rod, includes Willow Pumps, Filta, ChipsAway, OvenClean and Barking Mad.
Working alongside Filta and Willow Pumps, a direct labour organisation, Metro Rod and Metro Plumb have been able to expand their range of services to the commercial market, providing a complete water in, waste out solution.
