We can repair all types of radiators including aluminium, alloy, steel and brass radiators. Whether it is a replacement valve that’s required or a complete system flush, Metro Plumb will provide you with an efficient repair solution.

How much is radiator repair?

The cost of your repair will depend on the type of problem and how complex it is to fix. Typically, we charge an hourly rate with no call-out fee and will discuss the cost with you before any work takes place. If your radiator is not repairable or the cost would be higher than fitting a new radiator, we will provide a free-of-charge quote for a replacement radiator.

How much is radiator replacement?

The cost of your radiator replacement will depend on the type of radiator being fitted, in most cases we can provide a straight forward like-for-like replacement. However, you also have the option to choose a new style radiator.

Before any work is undertaken, we will discuss all options and costs with you.

Is a leaking radiator an emergency repair?

It depends how serious the leak is, if it’s a small drip that can be maintained with a bowl under the radiator then no. If it’s a major leak causing severe water damage then, yes.

If you have a leaking radiator, we would suggest you turn off the central heating system and contact a plumber straight away before the problem becomes any worse.
