Client: Holiday Park in a Remote Woodland Site

Location: Southampton, United Kingdom

Service: Booster Pump Repair

Challenge

During peak season, over 40 forest cabins lost their water supply, leaving site management facing the potential closure of their holiday park.

Our emergency response team was called out immediately to investigate the cause and restore water as quickly as possible.

Initial Investigation and Solution

Our engineers quickly identified a total loss of flow to the booster set. Upon inspection of the site’s infrastructure, they discovered the culprit: a 64mm pipe cover had been accidentally introduced into the mains line, blocking the water supply. The engineer set to work on a restoration and system reinstatement during which they completed a fault diagnosis and preventative servicing to minimise future risk.

  • Pump Restart: Booster pumps were tested and restarted.
