Really friendly customer service where an actual person answers an actual phone and is actually helpful. Jurgita and Will are two names that come to mind but everyone I have dealt with has been friendly. Flexible service too - I have needed them at short notice and they have been very quick to respond. Excellent service.  I have used Metro Plumb (Norwich) for all my boiler services since 2021.  They have always attended promptly and provided excellent work at a reasonable cost.  They have also been quick to respond to my boiler issues and their engineers are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
