Metro Plumb have partnered with Halcyan Water Conditioners, a specialist water conditioner supplier helping people to combat their hard water and limescale issues. Since July 2022, our expert plumbers have been helping people across the country to condition their hard water, as “approved installers” for Halcyan Water Conditioners.

Here you can see Shane fitting a Halcyan Whole House Unit under a customer’s kitchen sink, which will help to reduce the hard water and limescale throughout the customer’s home. The unit not only helps to prevent future limescale build up but will also clear any pre-existing limescale over time. The unit is made up of a unique alloy, formed from 12 different metals, which changes the molecular structure of the minerals in the water as it flows through. Since the unit relies on an alloy instead of salt or an anode, this means that it has a much longer lifespan, and doesn’t need replacing or maintaining regularly.
